Focus on goodness and wholesome things. With computers there is a saying - garbage in, garbage out. It means if you enter in bad info into a computer program it will return bad or incorrect results. The same thing applies with people. If we fill our minds with garbage and filthiness or evil then our actions will also be evil because we act on what's in our minds." (Dad)
