Q:   What did Laman, Lemuel and the sons of Ishmael do to those who stood up for Nephi? (Dad)
A:   "They threatened everyone who stood up for him." (Brandon)

Q:   What effect did it have on Lehi and Sariah? (Dad)
A:    "Not only were they already old but the grief made them more ill and almost dying." (Kenyon)   



1 Nephi 18:19  (Brandon)

Q:   Who else was grieved because of the way they treated Nephi and those who sided with him? (Dad)
A:   "Jacob and Joseph because they were young and needed nourishment and their mother and father were grieving and sick so they didn't have time to take care of them." (Brandon)



1 Nephi 18:20  (Mom)

Q:   What was the only thing that would soften Laman and Lemuel's hearts? (Dad)
A:   "God threatening them with destruction. Then that's how they repent." (Shaylee)



1 Nephi 18:21  (Shaylee)

Q:   What made the Liahona start to work again? (Dad)
A:    "When Nephi was loosened he prayed to the Lord and everything was calm." (Shaylee)  "Yes, the storm didn't calm right after they loosened Nephi, but it was Nephi's prayer afterward that helped to calm it. But obviously they first had to loosen Nephi."  (Dad)

A:   "In the promised land." (Jaron)

Q:   What did they do once they got out of the ship? (Dad)
A:   "Pitched our tents." (Jaron)
