Q:   What did the Lord tell Lehi's family to do? (Dad)
A:   "Go down into the ship." (Maycee with help from Mom)

1 Nephi 18:6  (Mom)

Q:   What else did the bring with them into the ship? (Dad)
A:   "Fruits, meat, and seeds to help them survive in the ship and in the new land." (Brandon)

1 Nephi 18:7  (Jaron)

Q:   So who else joined them in their journey in the wilderness? (Dad)
A:    "Jacob and Joseph." (Shaylee)  

Q:   Who are they? (Dad)
A:   "The sons of Lehi and Sariah." (Brandon)

Q:   When were they born? (Dad)
A:   "In the wilderness." (Brandon)

Q:   What happened after they set sail to the promised land? (Dad)
A:   "They started partying."  (Mom)   "The sons of Ishmael, Laman and Lemuel and their wives started acting rude." (Shaylee)

Q:   What did Nephi do? (Dad)
A:    "He feared that the Lord would be angry and smite them and throw them into the sea because of their wickedness. So he tried to convince his brothers to stop being rude and wicked. And they got angry at him and yelled at him that he could not rule them." (Brandon)

A:   "Laman and Lemuel tied up Nephi with cords." (Kenyon) 

Q:   Why did the Lord allow or suffer this to happen to Nephi? (Dad)
A:    "That He might show forth His power." (Shaylee)

Q:   When else did the Lord show unto Laman and Lemuel His power? (Dad)
A:   "Sending the angel to them." (Kenyon)  "What else did we read about last night?"  (Dad)  "When He shocked them through Nephi." (Kenyon)  "Yes, the Lord has already shown His power through Nephi to them several times, but since they forget and keep returning to their old ways and harden their hearts He has to remind them."  (Dad)
