Q:  Where did Nephi go after he saw his vision? (Dad)

A:  "He returned to his father's tent to his family." (Shaylee)

1 Nephi 15:2
Q:  What did Nephi find was happening when he returned to his father's tent? (Dad)
A:  "Laman and Lemuel were arguing concerning the things that their father told them." (Shaylee)

1 Nephi 15:3

Q:  Why didn't Laman and Lemuel understand their father's words like Nephi did? (Dad)

A:  "Because they are hard in their hearts."  (Kenyon)  "They didn't ask the Lord for help and guidance." (Brandon)  "They did not understand what Lehi was saying because it was hard to be understood." (Shaylee)  "Yes, there is a lot of symbolism in Lehi's vision but it is understood through the Spirit, which they did not have."  (Dad)

1 Nephi 15:4-5
Q:  How did Nephi feel? (Dad)
A:  "Sad and grieved." (Brandon) "Stressed out." (Shaylee)  "Frustrated too I'm sure."  (Dad)

Q:  Why was Nephi so grieved or sad? (Dad)
A:  "Because his brothers hardened their hearts and wouldn't turn unto the Lord." (Brandon)  "He is also sad because of the destruction of his people."  (Kenyon)  "Yes, he saw that his own descendants would turn against the Lord and become so wicked that they would be entirely destroyed. How sad is that? No wonder why he was so grieved!"  (Dad)

1 Nephi 15:6

Q:  After Nephi was strengthened what did he ask Laman and Lemuel? (Dad)
A:  "He asked them why are you arguing." (Shaylee)

Q:  What did Lehi say that Laman and Lemuel say they couldn't understand? (Dad)
A:  "Because they didn't understand what their father was saying about the branches of the olive tree." (Shaylee)
