1 Nephi 15:14

Q:  How will Lehi's seed learn in the last days that they are part of the House of Israel? (Dad)
A:   "Because of the ministering of the gospel and the Lord's doctrine." (Brandon)   

Q:  And where specifically do we find out that the Lamanites were part of the House of Israel? (Dad)
A:  "The Book of Mormon." (Shaylee)  "Yes, when they receive the Book of Mormon and the restored gospel message they find out that they are part of the Lord's covenant people."  (Dad)

1 Nephi 15:15

Q:  How will the Lamanites receive the news that they are part of the House of Israel? (Dad)

A:   "Rejoice and give praise to God."  (Mom)  "They will join the church."  (Kenyon)

1 Nephi 15:16

Q:  How will the Lamanites be grafted back into the olive tree? As a wild branch or a natural branch? (Dad)
A:   "Natural."  (Jaron)  "Yes, because the olive tree represents the House of Israel, and they are the blood lineage of Israel."  (Dad)

1 Nephi 15:17

Q:  When does Nephi say the Lamanites will receive the gospel? (Dad)
A:  "After they are scattered."  (Mom)  "Yes, and the gospel was restored in the United States after they were scattered across the land."  (Dad)

1 Nephi 15:18

Q:  What did the Lord covenant with Abraham that his seed, or the House of Israel, would do in the last days? (Dad)
A:  "All the kindreds of the earth would be blessed by his seed."  (Kenyon)  

Q:  How are we supposed to bless the rest of the earth? (Dad)
A:  "Sharing the gospel, which means be missionaries." (Shaylee)  "That's exactly right. The Lord didn't give us the gospel and all of its blessings to keep all to ourselves. He has commanded us to share it with everyone else so they too can receive the blessings of the gospel and salvation."  (Dad)

Q:  What do you think it means about the Jews being restored in the latter days? Restored to what? (Dad)
A:  "Do you meant their country?" (Brandon)  "Yes, remember they were scattered. One of the prophesies was that they Jews would be restored to the land of their inheritance, which is modern day Israel."  (Dad)

Q:  Do you know when the Jews returned and Israel was established as a country? (Dad)
A:  "In 1948, which was in Grandma Phelon's lifetime. She was 16 when it happened so it was pretty recent."  (Dad)

Q:  What did it say about the Jews being scattered after they were restored? (Dad)
A:   "They would no more be confounded." (Shaylee)  "Or scattered."  (Dad)
