Q: So why do you think it was so important for them to preserve their language? (Dad)
A: "So their children and their children's children and so could use it to help them out in their lives." (Brandon) "Yes, we saw how the Mulekites who also left Jerusalem and didn't take any records or scriptures with them to read and not only had they become wicked very fast their language had become corrupted so that they could no longer understand the language of their fathers, which was the same as Lehi's family."
