A:  "Jesus, I think because One is short for the Chosen One." (Brandon)

A:  "The twelve apostles." (Shaylee)

Q:  What was written in the book that Lehi was reading? (Dad)
A:  "That Jerusalem should be destroyed because of their abominations." (Shaylee)  

Q:  Would everyone in Jerusalem be destroyed? (Dad)  
A:  "Everyone in Jerusalem would be destroyed or be taken away captive into Babylon."  (Brandon)

Q:  Did Lehi see only bad things in his vision? (Dad)
A:  "No, he saw great and marvelous things." (Shaylee)


Q:  Can you think of any other books that sound similar to what Lehi was reading? (Dad)
A:  "The Bible and the Book of Mormon." (Brandon) "Yes, sounds like he's reading what's in the scriptures." (Dad)

Q:  In verse 12 what happened to Lehi as he read from the book, and how can we liken that to ourselves? (Dad)
A:  "He feels the Spirit. As we read the scriptures we can feel the Spirit, and we can also have our questions answered." (Brandon) 

Q:  Lehi said that because of God's mercy He would not let what happen to those who come unto Him? (Dad)
A:  "They will not perish." (Shaylee)  

Q:  What does it mean that we won't perish if we come unto God? Does it mean that we won't die? (Dad)
A:  "Of course, we will all die so it doesn't mean perish physically but instead it means perish spiritually." (Dad)
