Q:   What will happen to those who commit whoredoms and who don't repent? (Dad)

2 Nephi 9:37  (Jaron)

Q:   What are some idols that people worship? (Dad)
A:   "Statues." (Shaylee)  "Money, celebrities, and clothes."  (Mom)  "Athletes, titles, position power, pleasure and entertainment, and the list goes on and on. It's basically anything we put above God is a false idol."  (Dad)

2 Nephi 9:38  (Shaylee)

Q:   What's going to happen to those people who don't repent and die in their sins? (Dad)
A:   "They remain in their sins." (Shaylee)

2 Nephi 9:39  (Kenyon

Q:   What is the difference between being carnally minded and spiritually minded? One leads to death and the other to eternal life so we better know the difference. (Dad)
A:   "Carnally minded means being the natural man instead of being like God."  (Mom)  "Yes, spiritually minded means that we think about the Lord. He comes first in our lives and is in our thoughts and we strive to be in tune with Him and follow Him. Carnally minded is to do our will and the will of the flesh over God's will. It's to desire sin over keeping the commandments."  (Dad)

2 Nephi 9:40  (Mom)

Q:   According to this verse, what's one way to determine whether you're righteous and spiritually minded or wicked and carnally minded? (Dad)
A:   "The righteous aren't afraid of the truth and are not shaken."  (Mom)  "Yes, the wicked and carnally minded find the scriptures and the teachings the Lord's servants hard and difficult and murmur against them like Laman and Lemuel, where the righteous cherish the truth and commandments."  (Dad)

2 Nephi 9:41  (Dad)

Q:   Who's going to be at the gate of heaven that we'll have to pass by to get in? Is it going to be St. Peter like a lot of people say? (Dad)
A:    "Jesus." (Kenyon)  "Yes, and He employeth no servant there, not Peter or anyone else. We have to answer to the Savior Himself, and He cannot be deceived. We will all have a one-on-one with Him one day. The question is whether we'll be afraid and ashamed to see Him or be happy and excited to see Him. It depends on whether we were carnally minded and spent our life doing our will or spiritually minded and doing the Lord's will. "  (Dad)
