2 Nephi 9:1  (Jaron)

Q:   Why did Jacob read the scriptures to his brethren? (Dad)
A:   "That way they'd know the covenants of the Lord." (Brandon)


2 Nephi 9:2  (Mom)

Q:   What did Jacob say would happen with the Jews? (Dad)
A:   "They'd be restored to the true church." (Brandon)  "They'd be gathered home to the land of their inheritance." (Mom)


2 Nephi 9:3 

Q:   Why did Jacob say that they should lift up their head and rejoice? (Dad)
A:   "Because of the blessings their children will have." (Shaylee)


2 Nephi 9:4  

Q:   When will we see God in our bodies? (Dad)
A:    "After we are resurrected at the judgement day." (Mom)


2 Nephi 9:5 

Q:   So why did the Savior suffer Himself to be subject to man in the flesh? (Dad)
A:    "So that they would be subject to Him. He has suffered for all our sins so He can judge us." (Mom)


2 Nephi 9:6 

Q:   What caused our need to be resurrected? (Dad)
A:   "Death." (Mom)

Q:   And what brought about death? (Dad)
A:   "The Fall, which was brought about by transgression." (Mom)



2 Nephi 9:7 

Q:   What would have been the result had it not been for the Savior's infinite atonement? (Dad)
A:   "Everything would die and they wouldn't rise or be resurrected." (Kenyon)
