Q:   The Lord said that he does what for us? (Dad)
A:   "Comforts us." (Shaylee)

2 Nephi 8:13  (Jaron) 

Q:   Who does the Lord say we are forgetting when we fear our oppressors and enemies? (Dad)
A:   "The Lord." (Jaron)  "You don't need to fear anything when you have the Lord on your side." (Mom)

Q:   What else did the Lord say He has done for His people to build Zion? (Dad)
A:    "He has put words in their mouths." (Mom)  "Covered thee in the shadow of mine hand." (Shaylee)

Q:   Yes, and what does that mean to cover us with His hand? (Dad)
A:    "He protects us." (Mom) 

2 Nephi 8:17  (Dad)

Q:   What does the Lord tell His people to do when they are drinking out of the cup of His fury or in other words going through severe trials? (Dad)
A:  "Stand up and awaken." (Kenyon)

Q:  If He is telling them to awaken what does that tell us about His people? (Dad)
A:  "They're asleep." (Mom)

Q:  And what does it mean that they're asleep? (Dad)
A:  "That they weren't following the Lord." (Kenyon)  "Yes, they had forgotten the Lord, which is what brought upon them His fury or judgements to awaken them to remember Him and repent and return to Him before it's too late." (Dad)
