Q:   When will stand before God to be judged? (Dad)
A:   "After we're resurrected." (Shaylee & Brandon)

2 Nephi 9:23  (Shaylee)

Q:   What does it say we have to do to be saved in the kingdom of God? (Dad)
A:   "We have to have perfect faith, repent of our sins and then be baptized in His name." (Shaylee) 

2 Nephi 9:24  (Brandon)

Q:   What happens if we don't do those things? (Dad)
A:   "We will be damned." (Brandon)

Q:   What does damned mean? (Dad)
A:   "We will be stopped from being like God." (Brandon) "Yes, our eternal progress to become like Heavenly Father will stop and we'll fall short and not live with or become perfected like Him." (Dad)

2 Nephi 9:25  (Kenyon)

Q:   What does it say there would not be without God's law? (Dad)
A:    "No punishment. No condemnation." (Kenyon)

Q:   So why do we need God's law? Those sound like good things not to have. (Dad)
A:    "To set the barriers to protect us from the evils of the world." (Brandon)  "They help us to become like Heavenly Father and Jesus." (Shaylee)  "Exactly!" (Dad)

2 Nephi 9:26 

Q:   What happens to those people who sin in ignorance? (Dad)
A:   "They are delivered from that awful monster, the devil, through Jesus." (Mom)

2 Nephi 9:27 

Q:   Who is this verse talking about? (Dad)
A:    "Those who know the commandments." (Brandon) 

Q:   What does it say about those people who know the commandments but don't keep them? (Dad)

A:    "It will be worse for them than others who don't know." (Brandon)  "Yes, it says they wasteth their time on earth and they will be miserable." (Dad)
