3 Nephi 14:5-16

What we learned...

"If a dad who is imperfect will give his children good gifts, how much more so will our Heavenly Father who is perfect will give us good gifts if we ask nicely." (Maycee & Dad)

"We need to look out for wolves in sheep's clothing because they may look innocent but they're trying to lead you away from the church." (Shaylee)

"We shouldn't talk about sacred things like what goes on in the temple because it's like casting pearls before swine." (Kenyon)

"We should do the golden rule, which is to treat people good
." (Jaron)

"You can pray to Heavenly Father to ask Him, and He'll open the door if you knock
." (Mom)

"False prophets pretend to be one of us and trying to help us but they will try to lead us away from the church from the straight and narrow path by criticizing and finding fault with church leaders, the shepherds the Lord has called to guide His sheep. This is what it means to judge them by their fruit on whether they bring forth grapes and figs or whether they gather thorns and thistles. True prophets bring for good fruit that leads us to believe in Christ, keep His commandments and do good whereas false prophets focus on finding fault, criticizing, mocking and persuading us to leave the straight and narrow path like those in the large and spacious building." (Dad)
