Hymn: Follow The Prophet
Prayer: Dad
Alma 34:25-31
What we learned...
"All the Zoramites just did was pray once a week. You have to pray three times a day and have a prayer in our heart." (Jaron)
"Don't expect to get the blessings of prayer if you don't follow the rest of the commandments." (Brandon)
"If we're not charitable, we are nothing." (Kenyon)
"Cry over the flocks in your field." (Nora)
"Pour out your souls to God in your closets." (Maycee)
"He wants them to come forth, not harden their hearts anymore, repent and come unto Christ." (Mom)
"Amulek testified to the Zoramites that their one prayer a week was not sufficient. They needed to pray always, having a prayer in their heart, and then doing good works such as helping the poor and needy and visiting the sick and afflicted. If they did not do any of these things and only paid lip service to God then they were hypocrites and denied the faith." (Dad)
