What we learned...
"Since King Benjamin appointed Mosiah to be the next king he gave him the brass plates, the sword or Laban, the plates of Nephi and the Liahona." (Kenyon)

"Nephi's family was punished of their actions when Laman and Lemuel tied up Nephi, and they were not paying attention to the Liahona." (Shaylee)

"The Nephites were favored by the Lord but they would lose His favor and protection if they transgressed and headed down the wrong path." (Brandon)

"Highly favored means that the Lord gives you blessings for following His commandments." (Jaron)

"Mosiah sent a proclamation to the people so that they would gather together to the temple to listen to King Benjamin." (Maycee & Mom)

"The blessings from our ancestors' righteousness blesses us because we are born and raised into highly favored conditions but these blessings are conditional upon us being faithful to the gospel like they were."  (Dad)
