Q:   What does that mean? (Dad)
A:   "To be humble." (Kenyon

Q:   What would cause our heart to break in this case? (Dad)
A:   "Sin." (Kenyon)  "Exactly. We are broken hearted because we realize that our sins caused Jesus to suffer greatly, so much so that He begged Heavenly Father in the Garden of Gethsemane three separate times to spare Him from further suffering and not to have to finish it. That should break our hearts and cause us much sorrow. And having a contrite heart is like Kenyon said is to be humble. It is to submit our will to God and be willing to keep His commandments and do whatever else He asks of us. "  (Dad)
